By participating in MiniModelShop’s Sign up Discount offer, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility for the Offer

• This offer is available to customers who sign up for an account or newsletter on the MiniModelShop website.

2. Offer Details

• Upon signing up, you will receive a 5% discount on your first order.
• To redeem the discount, you will need to input the supplied code at checkout.

3. How to Redeem the Discount

• To use the discount, enter the supplied code at checkout.
• The discount will be applied to your total order value before taxes and shipping fees.
• The discount applies to all items in your purchase, except for exclusions listed below.

4. Exclusions

• The 5% discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount codes, or loyalty discounts.
• The discount cannot be applied to gift cards, taxes, or shipping costs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• If you return any item from your first order, the refund will reflect the price paid after the 5% discount has been applied.
• If the entire order is returned, the discount cannot be re-used, and the refund will reflect the discounted price.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and will only honor the discount if the new item is part of the same transaction.

6. Non-Transferable

• The 5% discount is personal to the customer who signs up and is non-transferable.
• The discount cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

• Any misuse of the discount, may result in the cancellation of the order or voiding of the discount.
