Okay, wie kommen wir an Ihre Sachen?
Wir werden Ihre Bestellung innerhalb eines Arbeitstages nach Eingang versenden, abhängig von den Lagerbeständen. Falls es aus irgendeinem Grund zu Verzögerungen kommen sollte, werden wir Sie informieren. Wenn Ihr Modell "zur Bestellung verfügbar" ist, dauert es normalerweise zwischen 2-3 Wochen, um das Modell vom Hersteller zu erhalten (oft geht es schneller). Sobald es eingetroffen ist, wird Ihr Modell verschickt. Alle angegebenen Lieferzeiten basieren auf normalen Arbeitstagen, d.h. von Montag bis Freitag (außer an Feiertagen usw.). Artikel können per Kurier am nächsten Arbeitstag geliefert werden, sofern die Bestellungen vor 15:00 Uhr (Mo-Fr) aufgegeben werden. Alle Bestellungen, die nach 15:00 Uhr am Freitag aufgegeben werden, werden am Montag versandt. Größere Artikel können je nach Versandort zusätzliche Lieferkosten verursachen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Kunden nach der Bestellung zu kontaktieren, um sie über eventuelle Erhöhungen der Lieferkosten zu informieren. Bestellungen, die für den nächsten Tag geliefert werden sollen, erfordern eine Unterschrift bei Erhalt. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass jemand an der Lieferadresse anwesend ist, um die Bestellung zu unterschreiben.
Die Lieferung ist nur für Bestellungen über £50 an Adressen im Vereinigten Königreich KOSTENLOS. Bitte wählen Sie die Freepost-Angebotsoption beim Checkout aus. Die Bestellungen werden per Royal Mail 2nd Class Post (sofern wir uns nicht entscheiden, die Versandart zu aktualisieren) versendet. Bitte erlauben Sie bis zu 7-10 Arbeitstage für die Lieferung. Wenn Sie Ihre Artikel vor Ablauf von 7-10 Arbeitstagen erhalten möchten, wählen Sie bitte eine der alternativen Lieferoptionen (entweder Royal Mail 1st Class oder Kurier) beim Checkout aus. Before they send the goods out for delivery in the morning they will send you a SMS text message and an e-mail telling you within which hour time-frame they expect to deliver your goods. Okay, how do we get you your stuff?
- We will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know.
- If your model is 'available to order', this normally takes us between 2-3 weeks to receive the model from the manufacturer (this is often quicker). As soon as it arrives, your model will dispatched.
- All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays etc).
- Items can be delivered on our next working day courier service, providing orders are placed before 15:00 hours (Mon-Fri).
- All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent Monday.
- Larger items may be subject to additional delivery costs depending on shipping location. We reserve the right to contact customers after orders have been placed to inform them of any delivery cost increase.
Orders sent for next day delivery require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Delivery is FREE of charge on all orders over £50 to UK addresses only. Please select the Freepost Offer option at the checkout. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail second class post (unless we decide to upgrade the postage method). Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery. If you wish to receive your items before 7-10 working days, please select one of the alternative delivery options (either Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier) at the checkout. A cost will be incurred for these delivery services.
PLEASE NOTE: That all delivery estimates are calculated from when the item is in stock in our warehouse and ready to be dispatched. Please refer to the individual product page for details of stock levels. Some items are available to order and can take 2/3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
If you have ordered more than one item these will be dispatched once all items are available to be shipped. Items sent to any off-shore islands (inc. Northern Ireland) will be sent standard Royal Mail parcel post which will take longer to be delivered and may also incur a surcharge depending on the consignment weight. Multiple items sent to NON UK addresses and some parts of Scotland are subject to surcharges.
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address on the checkout page. Please note that we are not able to guarantee any delivery times.

The delivery estimates detailed below are calculated from when you receive your dispatch email unless otherwise stated on the product page. If for some reason your order is held up in customs this may affect your delivery schedule. We are not able to guarantee any delivery times.
PLEASE NOTE that when selecting overseas deliveries you may be subject to an import tax/duty. Unfortunately we have no control over these costs and will depend upon the country importing the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information on costs. You will be responsible for payment of any additional charges. If the additional charges are not paid, the items will be returned to us. At this stage we would refund the cost of the item/s but not the delivery charge.
What happens if I'm not in to accept my delivery?
Orders sent for next day delivery require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
We use DPD and the Royal Mail for our deliveries. Both will try to deliver at the delivery address but if there is nobody available they will leave a calling card. Your parcel will be returned to the local sorting office/delivery depot, so please follow the instructions on the calling card to rearrange delivery.
The Mini Model Shop reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.
The Mini Model Shop reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Any items returned to us without being delivered will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.
Any incorrect address details input by the customer on their order which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly will be at the liability of the customer, it will be up to the customer to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.
Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after these 7 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.

Was passiert, wenn ich nicht da bin, um meine Lieferung entgegenzunehmen?
Bestellungen, die für die nächste Tageslieferung gesendet werden, erfordern eine Unterschrift bei Empfang. Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass jemand an der Lieferadresse anwesend ist, um die Bestellung zu unterschreiben.
Wir nutzen DPD und die Royal Mail für unsere Lieferungen. Beide werden versuchen, an der Lieferadresse zu liefern, aber wenn niemand verfügbar ist, hinterlassen sie eine Benachrichtigungskarte. Ihr Paket wird zurück ins örtliche Sortierzentrum/Lieferdepot gebracht, also folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen auf der Benachrichtigungskarte, um die Lieferung neu zu vereinbaren.
Mini Model Shop behält sich das Recht vor, Bestellungen mit falschen Lieferoptionen ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern.
Mini Model Shop behält sich das Recht vor, die volle Versandgebühr, die für eine erneute Sendung anfällt, zu berechnen, wenn der Artikel aus irgendeinem Grund an uns zurückgeschickt wird, weil der Kunde die Lieferung nicht entgegennehmen konnte.
Alle an uns zurückgeschickten Artikel, die nicht zugestellt wurden, werden wieder in unseren Bestand aufgenommen und Ihr Konto wird mit dem Bestellbetrag gutgeschrieben, abzüglich der Gebühr, die der Kurier uns berechnet, um den Artikel an uns zurückzusenden. Sie müssen die Bestellung erneut aufgeben, um den Artikel erneut zu versenden. Wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung für Artikel wünschen, die vom Kurier zurückgeschickt wurden, wird dies abzüglich der Gebühr des Kuriers erfolgen.
Alle vom Kunden eingegebenen falschen Adressdetails auf ihrer Bestellung, die dazu führen, dass das Paket falsch geliefert wird, gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden, zu versuchen, das Paket auf eigene Kosten zurückzuerhalten.
Alle Lieferfehler müssen innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Lieferdatum gemeldet werden. Alle Bestellungen werden vor dem Verlassen unseres Lagers überprüft und doppelt überprüft. Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Versanddatum nicht erhalten haben, müssen Sie uns innerhalb dieser 7 Tage benachrichtigen. Wenn Sie uns nach diesen 7 Tagen benachrichtigen, übernehmen wir keine Verantwortung für den Verbleib des Pakets und wir können möglicherweise keinen Anspruch geltend machen, wenn das Paket verloren oder gestohlen wird.
